The Endometrial Receptivity Map (ER Map) is a personalised test to diagnose the receptivity status of the endometrium during the window of implantation. ER Map allows precise timeframe identification of the highest endometrial receptivity moment, increasing the chances of implantation and pregnancy.
ER Map is a molecular tool based on the expression analysis of 48 genes with functional relevance in the process of endometrial receptivity and the immunological response associated to embryo implantation.
ER Map is the only endometrial receptivity test, which includes the evaluation of immune response genes closely linked to the implantation process.
Am I a candidate for Endometrial Receptivity Map (ER Map)?
This test is recommended to patients who:
- Have experienced several failed implantation attempts (three or more in the case of young women; and two or more in cases of older women)
- Couples with failed cycles after good quality embryo transfers.
- Patients without apparent endometrial problems, with a normal uterus and endometrial thickness who do not achieve implantation.
