Dr. Attanasio Garavelas, obstetric surgeon specialized in reproductive endocrinology and assisted reproduction, has been awarded by the Medical Recognition Awards organization for his active digital presence, always on the patient’s side.
The Medical Recognition Awards, an event held under the auspices of the Institute of Digital Transformation in the healthcare sector, is an institution responsible for the recognition of doctors in Greece, while the selection of the awarded doctors was carried out by a special committee of the Institute.
Part of the proceeds of the event will be donated to the Panhellenic Federation of People with Multiple Sclerosis.
The Dr. Garavela’s Award was held online, with presenter Emmy Livaniou, journalist and head of the special editions of http://huffpost.gr/ one of the world’s largest electronic journals in the world.
